Taylor Swift was amazing, venue wasn't
"Chelsea Handler staged a remarkable, complete production! Her attention to detail, both small and large, created an experience that truly catered to her fans rather than herself. The dancers and singers were wonderfully varied and talented, and the set pieces and costumes were simply stunning!
The venue, on the other hand, fell short in many aspects. The lack of clear entrances and the confusion about specific gate entries were major issues. For those in the floor seats, the absence of merchandise setups and the provision of only portable toilets were disappointing, especially given the high ticket prices. Parking was a nightmare, with misleading signs and blocked turn lanes causing frustration. U-turns were nearly impossible, and the presence of police officers did little to alleviate the chaos. I doubt I would return to this venue for another concert; I'd rather drive further for a better setup."
